The Riddle Within – Flight 338 – 7/10
After years on the straight and narrow, your past has finally come back to haunt you.
Once one of the most feared gangs in the USA, responsible for some of the most audacious and daring robberies in the country’s history, time has mellowed your crew and retirement has been pretty uneventful.
That is until a shadowy figure from your ‘less law abiding days’ reappears to take revenge.
You have been framed, found guilty, sentenced and, given your shady past, that sentence is a tough one. Life to be exact. Life in one of the world’s highest security prisons.
So now you find yourselves thrust back together with the old faces. Faces you last saw obscured by balaclavas and in the midst of a high speed pursuit many years ago… faces that bring back memories of the old ways. Old ways you will need more than ever if you are to escape into the sunset and finally disappear.
You are being readied for transportation on board prisoner shipping plane: Flight 338, butthere is one member of the gang they didn’t find. He has caused a disruption at the airstrip and left some things on board which you might just find useful, but is everything quite as it seems?
The Riddle Within brings you the world’s first ever Escape Room which takes place on a real life plane!
Find the clues, solve the puzzles, overcome the obstacles and work together with your loyal crew to make good your getaway, there isn’t much time.

Having had such a bad experience just an hour before we were approaching this room not in the best of moods and our first interaction about facilities left us a little on edge – there are some, they’re just not always accessible. We put our foot down and were told to be quick.
That out the way we were led into the warm waiting area to don our new outfits and be told a little more about the game. Moods began to lift at last.
A nice, amusing intro to the game and we were off. As I’m sure you already know this is set on a real plane so decor wise, it’s just not possible to get it wrong. It’s set on a plane, you are on a plane. Job done.
There were a good amount of puzzles and teamwork required. As usual, we got stuck by sticking to the rules. You have to remember you’re criminals (although, not to the extent of the guy in the team before us who pulled a door off it’s hinges, I mean, don’t be a dick).
Although not specifically themed on it, the game had some nice little nods to con air for any of you movie buffs out there.
All in all a well rounded, immersive game, with classic escape room puzzles, suitable for newbies and enthusiasts to enjoy. Would recommend for teams up to 5
