Adventox – Mission X – 6/10

Intelligence tells us that terrorists have managed to set up a missile in a central London location. We are currently unaware of the location and have been given a number of potential sites but don’t have the required resources to check all of them. Not to cause public fear, we have selected several high profile members of the public to help us. If you find anything suspicious, please investigate the matter further! If you need help let us know. Adventox we’ve given a 6 out of 10. There’s a nice spacious area as you go in and the counter staff were very welcoming, although we’re not really sure they are even sold on their own games in all honesty. There was a lack of real commitment there.
The room you enter in to is very basic which is fine as it’s meant to be an office but the props were very worn, to the extent that we’re sure by now something will have broken.
The puzzles themselves were pretty standard although there were some good hiding places (if you know what escape rooms are, hiding places is not a spoiler!). At some point you will move in to a second room which has had far more budget spent on it. It’s quite unique and probably quite entertaining if we hadn’t been very stuck. We’re still not sure how the puzzle is meant to lead you to the answer and maybe this has been fixed or maybe we are all just not very bright. Unfortunately we couldn’t hear the help being provided either so we were stuck for quite a while, however we did still manage to escape so we must have found the rest relatively easy
We think maybe teams of 2 or 3 would be better for this room.
